To facilitate timely resolution of any issues encountered during delivery and use, we have compiled detailed after-sales service instructions, covering common solutions for quality, delivery, and technical issues.
Product Quality Issue Handling Process
All of our BOPP tape master rolls and various adhesive products undergo rigorous quality inspections before shipment. If you discover any of the following issues upon delivery or during use:
- Tape adhesion is insufficient or excessive, resulting in improper application or residual adhesive;
- Uneven adhesive surface, bubbles, or wrinkles;
- Delamination, precipitation, or abnormal color of acrylic adhesive;
- Stretch film breakage, width discrepancy, or thickness deviation exceeding specifications;
Please take photos of the product within 7 days of receipt and contact us via our customer service email or WeChat. We will respond within 24 hours and provide a solution within 72 hours, including return, exchange, or reissue.
Shipping Damage and Out-of-Stock Replacement Service
If the following situations occur during logistics transportation:
- The outer packaging is visibly damaged or leaking;
- The actual quantity received is less than the quantity on the delivery note/contract;
- The film or tape is damaged, making it unusable;
Please provide the tracking number, photos of the outer box, and photos of the product within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly verify and arrange a replacement or compensation within 3 business days to ensure your order is not affected.
Unconditional Return and Exchange Service
For standard products such as BOPP stationery tape, ordinary double-sided tape, and masking tape, if the customer finds that the product does not meet their requirements within 7 days of receipt and the product is unopened and does not affect resale, we offer a unconditional return and exchange service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we will complete the refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Technical Support and Product Application Guidance
We provide customers with technical support services including the following:
- Advice on the compatibility of different adhesives (such as acrylic and ester adhesives) on different substrates (PE, PVC, PET, etc.);
- Advice on the use of tape products in high/low temperature/humid environments;
- Guidance on how to correctly slit tape mother rolls, including determining the adhesive surface orientation and adjusting the rewind tension;
- Instructions on how to set the tension of PE stretch film on the baler to avoid breakage or loose packaging;
- Adhesive storage and dilution ratio recommendations, etc.
