What are OEM & ODM?
OEM means you have your own brand, product size, and packaging requirements, and we manufacture the tape to your specifications. ODM means you simply specify the intended use and scenario, and we'll help you design the tape structure, select the appropriate adhesive and materials, and ultimately complete the entire process from proofing to mass production.
Customization Options
Load Capacity/Adhesion Level: Customizable options include standard office adhesive, medium-strength industrial adhesive, and ultra-high-tack butyl adhesive.
Adhesive Formulas: Water-based acrylic, solvent-based, hot melt, butyl rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone, and other formulations.
Thickness and Width: Tape thicknesses from 10μm to 65μm are supported, and widths can be cut from 5mm to 1280mm parent rolls on demand.
Tensile Strength/Shear Strength: Available in 60–80N, 80–120N, and 150N and above.
Heat/Aging Resistance: Available in -20°C low-temperature, 120°C high-temperature, and UV-resistant grades.
Custom Printing: Single-color, multi-color, and graphic printing are supported. Water-based, UV, and ink printing
Standard Colors: Clear, creamy white, beige, red, blue, black, and green.
Surface Finishes: Glossy/matte, anti-slip, waterproof, and scratch-resistant.
Standard Packaging: Neutral white boxes, OPP bags, heat shrink film, and cartons
Brand Customization: Brand-printed color boxes, labels, hang tags, and scannable outer boxes
Included Accessories: Tape dispensers and product manuals are available with the packaging
