High-strength Composite Structure Design
Single sided rubber adhesive masking tape adopts a three-layer composite structure. The bottom layer is a high-strength polyester fiber substrate with a longitudinal tensile strength of 80N/25mm and a transverse tensile strength of 75N/25mm, ensuring that the tape is not easy to break during stretching. The middle layer is a butyl rubber adhesive, which achieves an initial adhesion of 3.5N/cm and a holding force of 15N/25mm through a special mixing process. It can quickly form a stable adhesion after being attached to the surface, and it is not easy to warp after long-term use. The outer layer is treated with an anti-stick coating, and the peeling force is stable at 1.2N/cm, ensuring that there is no residual adhesive after use.
High-performance Rubber Adhesive System
Single sided rubber adhesive masking tape contains more than 65% high-purity butyl rubber raw materials, combined with nano-scale calcium carbonate fillers to form a dense cross-linked network structure. This formula enables the tape to maintain stable viscosity in the temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃, and after continuous use for 240 hours in an environment of 120℃, the viscosity decay rate is only 8%.
