1. Non-woven substrate double-sided tape
The viscosity and processability of the non-woven substrate double-sided tape are good, the long-term temperature resistance can reach -10-120 °c, the short-term temperature resistance can reach 140 °C, and the thickness is generally about 0.08-0.20mm, which is suitable for nameplates, plastic lamination, automobiles, mobile phones, electrical appliances, sponges, rubber, signs, paper products, toys and other industries, home appliances and electronic instrument parts assembly, display lenses.
2. Double-sided tape without substrate
NON-Substrate double-sided tape has excellent adhesive effect to prevent falling off and excellent waterproof performance, good processing performance, good temperature resistance, short-term temperature resistance up to 204-230 °C, generally long-term temperature resistance up to 80-120 °C, thickness is generally about 0.05-0.13mm, suitable for nameboard, panel, decorative parts bonding.
3. PET double-sided tape
PET Double-sided tape has good temperature resistance and strong shear resistance, generally long-term temperature resistance of 50-90 °C, short-term temperature resistance of 110 °C, thickness is generally 0.048-0.2mm, suitable for nameplate, LCD, decorations, decorative parts bonding.
4. Foam double-sided tape
Foam double-sided tape has softness, good adhesion and good stickiness, good solvent resistance and ultraviolet resistance, the general thickness is about 0.4-3.0mm, the short-term temperature resistance reaches -10-110 °C, and the long-term temperature resistance reaches 50-80 °C, which is suitable for the bonding of air conditioners, office furniture, and communication products, and can replace the screw fixing design to make the product more beautiful.
5. VHB acrylic tape
VHB acrylic tape, super adhesion, superior weather resistance, good waterproof and high temperature resistance. Generally, the thickness is 0.3-3.0 mm, which is mainly used in various decorative parts of automobiles, structural bonding and fixing of hardware, sealing and assembly of building glass lamination and doors and windows, installation and fixing of elevator wall panels, installation and fixing of various industrial logos, fixing of decorative strips of household appliances and so on.
6. Ultra-high temperature resistant double-sided tape
Special non-woven fabric and non-base material tape is transparent, thickness 50UM, temperature resistance 149-260 degrees, mainly used in the reflow soldering process of flexible circuit boards, fixing FPC and reinforcing boards, FPC and frames, places that need high temperature resistance, and places that need gasoline and chemical corrosion resistance.
7. Thermally conductive tape
Excellent thermal conductivity and adhesive properties eliminate the need for mechanical fixation and liquid adhesive fixation between electronic components and heat sinks. It is widely used in the bonding of chips, flexible circuit boards, high-power transistors, heat sinks or other coolers.
8. Optically clear tape
High-definition clarity, high transparency, high adhesion, high weather resistance, water resistance, high temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance, long-term use will not produce yellowing, peeling and deterioration. The thickness is 125um, 175um, 200um, 250um, the refractive index is 1.48, the light transmittance is 99.00, and the haze is 0.8-1.2%. It is mainly used in the bonding of electronic paper, transparent devices, projection screen assembly, aerospace or military optical device assembly, display assembly, optical lens assembly, panel assembly, etc.
